Stopped working in less than 3 months

I purchased these wraps at the end of March of 2025. Within three months, one of them stopped working. Only about one-third of the lights lit up. I reached out to the company, and they were nice. They sent me two replacement strips and commented not to let the wraps ever get bent. Even though they are leg wraps, I velcro them together and lay them on my horse's back, so they only lie flat. They are also stored flat. I put the two new strips in the middle, and the whole thing lit up again. I have been using them on his back until this week. I used them on his legs as they are actually intended. Now one of my wraps only has one and a half strips working. I do not know if it is the original problem wrap or if the other one is now bad, but for the money I spent the wraps should last for years not less than a year.
