1. Right of Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period begins on the day you receive the goods.

2. Return Procedure
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the order by a clear statement (e.g., by email to customerservice@equinelts.com or using the return form).

3. Returning the Goods
Items to be returned must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The original shipping costs of the order are not included in the refund.

5. Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund the purchase price of the items within 14 days, excluding the original shipping costs.

6. Exceptions
Certain products are excluded from the right of cancellation, such as custom-made items, perishable goods, or digital downloads.

7. Damaged or Defective Items
Please report damaged or defective items immediately. In such cases, we cover the shipping costs for replacement or repair.
