We do not charge card fees.

The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.


Shipping
We offer free shipping on purchases over EUR 620.00 and ship with UPS/FedEx.

Restrictions: Delivery is only within Denmark, excluding non-bridge-connected islands. Shipping abroad is possible for a fee.

The delivery time is 2–10 business days.


Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your item. If you ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period starts from the day you receive the last item.

This means you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You can email us at customerservice@equinelts.com or use the standard withdrawal form found at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel the purchase by simply refusing to receive the item without also notifying us.


Partial Cancellation
If you bought multiple items from us, you can return one or more items even if they were purchased in a single order.

Note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you cancel only part of your purchase.


Returns
Once you have notified us of your wish to cancel, you have 14 days to return the item to us.
You must pay the return shipping yourself, and you are responsible if any damage occurs during transport.

Items cannot be returned by regular mail.


Condition of the Item Upon Return
The item must be returned in unused condition. If the item has been used, you may only receive a partial refund. The refund amount depends on the commercial value of the item and, in some cases, you may only be refunded the shipping costs.


Refund of Purchase Amount
If you cancel your purchase, you will receive a refund. If the item has lost value, we will deduct the amount corresponding to the depreciation.

We refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra delivery costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method than our standard option), no later than 14 days after the day we received your cancellation notice.

We will refund using the same payment method you used unless otherwise agreed.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the item, or you provide proof of having returned it in unused condition.


Return Address
We only accept parcels sent directly to our address.


Right to Complain
When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act apply.
This means you have a 24-month right to complain.
If your complaint is justified, you can have the item repaired, exchanged, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the situation.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the fault. If you complain within two months, it is always considered timely.

When submitting a complaint, the item must be sent in proper packaging.
Write an email to customerservice@equinelts.com, and include a receipt, your name, address, and mobile number.
Defective items must be sent directly to our address, not to a parcel shop.

Please include a detailed description of the issue when returning the item.


Privacy Policy
We need the following information when you shop with us:

We record and share the necessary personal data in order to deliver the item to you.

Personal data is recorded by Equine LTS ApS and stored for five years, after which the data is deleted.

We also cooperate with other companies that store and process data. These companies process data solely on our behalf and may not use them for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or countries that can provide sufficient protection for your data.

You have the right to know what data we process about you.
If you believe the data is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected.
In some cases, we are required to delete your personal data if you request it — for example, if it is no longer necessary for the purpose we needed it.

Complaints
If you as a consumer want to file a complaint about your purchase, you should contact customerservice@equinelts.com.
